We are wine club members for 4 years and had a reservation for wine we made 4 weeks in advance. We were running 10 minutes late and called to say we were running a bit late and they called to cancel us. We came into the tasting room to ask if they could still accommodate us even though we wer 7 minutes late and they tuned us away Great wines but awful customer service!!
