a rest bar that takes care of a historic facade combining with a modern interior, good atmosphere, sympathy of the caterers and a varied menu. it is one of the few open at night, out of season, in that section of carmen of patagones, next to the brown that occupies the corner. it is in front of the river and the tourist office. What User doesn't like about Pata Negra:
all the people who were in the pitcher, awesome the cold inside, zero heating. the food letter is reduced to maximum. the meat of the milanes to the Neapolitan I asked must have come with the hoof of the cow, parts that were impossible to chew. the other milanesa that was supposed to be from pecnet.
