Somewhat dismayed with the Carrboro locations as neither manage their phones well. In fact, one day, during weekday business hours, I couldn 't get anyone to even pick up the phone after way too many tries. Couldn 't leave a message because the voice-mail was full. I specifically ask that food not be left and for the drivers to call me when on the way so I can meet them. My building is locked at the hour of delivery and there is no place to leave food other than outside. The timing on the app isn't in real time so almost every time it tells me my driver has left, the driver is at my building already. He was getting ready to leave my food outside.
