I ordered the Special dinner. The relleno was quite good. The tamale and enchilada were decent. The rest were not very good. The salsa wasn’t good and the chips were old. During dinner, a phone rang constantly from somewhere. I’ve eaten at Habaneros in Carthage and it is orders of magnitude better. Don’t think I will be back.
