My husband was sitting quietly in piazza, then greeted by the owner effusively when he had ordered a monte bianco caldo- a fellow coffee afficionado, moved to a better table, told in detail all about his coffee which was delicious. I arrived and told he would make me a monte bianco freddo -again delicious with the thickest froth ever almost cream like- never saw so many different ways to fix a coffee as on this menu....
