Arrived in the room at 11.00 pm found it very cold with the heaters off ... they started the heating saying that sometimes there is a problem with the heat pump etc ... it started ... but at midnight they turned everything off saying that the night is of practice (which could make sense, however, finding a super hot room especially in the mountains in winter).
