First time being in that area and 1st time spent in a village-type hotel. It will not be fair to rank it 4 while it is 4 stars hotel that is precisely performing as it is supposed to be. The hotel is clean, safe, and in the middle of other similar hotels. This hotel is having a loopy, coffee shop and a restaurant. It serves free breakfast but other meals are not free. 300 a night. Limited items in breakfast. Omelette or fried egg was available for extra payment. Water in rooms was for extra payment. The chairs were broken, curtain was torn from the rail and not sliding to cover the balcony, no mirror or dresser in the room but just one mirror in the bathroom. Cobwebs all around the balcony railing. They would not do room service if not requested. A few members of staff were polite and the others not... Most do not speak English.
