Been living in CO for the past 3 years. Originally from the Bay Area. This is some of the best Mexican food I've had since moving. Stumbled upon this spot driving to Zion and I will make sure to stop by every time. Got a California Burrito which was phenomenal. Pro tip, add guacamole to it to push it over the edge.
