that's the worst customer service experience I've ever had. it took 50 minutes to order my drink, and when I got into the window, the employee mentioned nothing about waiting or even apologized for the time I had to wait. I understand that I am short busy or busy, but it should never last so long ever in a drive thru. there were maybe 10 cars in total.
