What Catherine H likes about Costa:
The recent refurbishment is very good and a big improvement but the kitchen area layout for the staff seems a bit odd. It's now at 90 degrees from where it originally was so the the staff now have to make the coffee next to where you pay. On first sight it appeared very awkward for them and also the cocoa powder was literally inches away from the customers and well within sneezing distance! View all feedback.

I travelled to pick up a Too Good to Go order between 1600 and 1630. Once I got to the store at 1600 I received a notification that my order was cancelled. I spoke to Stella the store manager who was rude and dissmissive essentially saying she can do what she likes and tough. Terrible customer service and a wasted journey and cost for me.
