While we did not end up using the company (due to us not deciding to re build the awning) the company showed up on time and were quite helpful in assessing damage and explaining the process with us. No stars from this pathetic company who ditched us during the middle of our repairs. Started out with a dishwasher water leak. Insurance sent them right away to tear down and dry out the floors and walls which they did. Then they were supposed to come back for the repairs.
