Went via drive thru for happy meal. Used McDonald's app for points and free item. Lady taking order obviously couldn't hear very well. Kept asking me to repeat myself. Asked for ranch sauce, was charged .20 cents without knowing. I usually order on kiosk inside and get as many sauces as I want no charge.
