On our way to friends at Wadsworth Lake, just north of town, we made a brief stop to load up on goodies for our hosts. A lovely and lively stop. We loaded up on scones, gooey butter tarts and cookies. Lots of tasty calories for what was to be a dark and stormy few days. The lovely young lady serving us was full of warm, welcoming energy. We stopped in for a coffee and while the baking looked and smelled good, we opted out. Fact is, we were in a rush and had to go... The coffee was from a carafe, and the girl serving didn't know when it was made. It wasn't worth the $2.50 We paid for EACH cup, I can tell you that!Like I said, the baking and sandwiches looked great... but order water ... skip the cafe. View all feedback.
