Genuineness and Ancient Flavors. The owner Emo is a person who takes care of the detail, looking for the true taste without compromises. The bread of the oven next door, the lombetto, the raw, the pecorino, the panzanella, everything to try and explore. You won't regret it. Prices absolutely disproportionate for what is offered! Bee with very small cutter (for 2 people say) with 2 slices of ciauscolo and 8 tiny slices of salami ... and without bread we paid well 14 euros!!!. It's a ride! I come to Spoleto once in a while but in local qusto I certainly do not return!! ! View all feedback.
