We had a pleasant dinner of pizza and mussels overlooking the lake. The mussels were small and tender, and there were more than we could eat. If you are walking up from the botanical garden and find that you are on the side of the street opposite the shore with no way to cross, know that just north of the restaurant there is a path that crosses under the road. I come to the Plage du Reposoir regularly for drinkies with friends at the Buvette, which is lovely. The location on the lakeside gives it a "holiday" touch (motto: "A partir d'ici, vous êtes en vacances"). I tried the Restaurant this time with friends, and we were very disappointed. The entrées were either bland, too salty, or just inedible (roastbeef served with this cheap sticky chili sauce you buy in supermarkets... View all feedback.
