"Le Maroc" était LE restaurant marocain où nous allions souvent, et dont la cuisine se rapprochait vraiment de celle de ma belle-mère, née à Casablanca.Mais depuis quelques années, nous trouvons que ce n'est plus vraiment ça : les plats ont moins de goût, le bouillon du couscous n'est plus aussi parfumé qu'avant...Bref, nous étions déçus et avons préféré aller à "la perle du Maroc" à Maisons-Alfort où nous avons retrouvé cette qualité et cette chaleur que nous avions perdu au "Maroc".Nous avons quand même refait un essai récemment, et non, décidément, c'est vraiment meilleur à "la perle du Maroc".
