Got a nice sampler package from Charleston Artisan Cheesehouse yesterday. Tried the hickory smoked Brie and mozzarella, and the 4 year old aged cheddar so far. All outstanding, but this cheddar is something else. Super intense flavor and unexpectedly soft and creamy. It’s unlike any cheddar I’ve had before, and I’ll be back for more very soon.
