I find the Charleston McDonald's very disappointing. So many beautiful memories were made in McDonald's with my kids at the southern Illinois McDonald's. Charleston is a bit of a comedy show, I'm not sure if it's the customers who are ruder to the employees or the employees ruder to the customers. Leaving the races and wanted something warm figured we stop. Dine in hours say 2 online and on the doors but you get there and no doors are unlocked. The employees sit having their food inside but don't care to have the doors open like they state they are for dine in hours. Can't fit a trailer and truck through the drive thru so you're kinda screwed. Ambiance sucks without good service View all feedback.
