I placed an order almost 8 weeks ago on September 4th. I signed up to receive updates about the status of my order and have not received any. I sent two emails requesting an update ... no answer. I have called and the voicemail is full and I cannot leave a message! This is terrible customer service. This is also the second time this has happened with an order here.
