ru san’s is a great and quite huge sushi place. I was in the original in atlanta and can honestly say the Charlotte branch is a little better. they have a huge selection of veg and non-veg sushi to super low trips. there is also a lunch buffet, but since it is not called with its kind of mist shoot. best veg sushi place in charlotte I think they have everything! they gave us a small salad before our meal, without asking us first, that was covered with crumb meat. we were a bit insulted especially since we had just ordered all vegan sushi. No matter, they were just nice and there are great sushi choices for vegans and most of the rolls are very cheap! my man and I have 8 roll sushi, among them 2 special rolls, for under $30! the place is really loud.
