Had the pleasure, a private party here and the food was exceptional and authentic. The service was fast and everyone was pleasant. My husband and I have been eating at Saigon Palace for several years always have been very happy until getting take out Pho Gai. When unpacked very thing I noticed very little chicken meat. In fact after weighing it there was only 2oz of very small pieces. I love Pho and there is a lot of competition in Charlotte that give a lot more meat. Next time I will have to rethink my options.
