Short employees made the wait longer than expected, but they were clear about it. Food was great and worth waiting. My only real complaint was that we arrived earlier than 7:00 to use the semi-open daily special, but because of the lack of staff for timely service we were unable to order our food in time for the special. I really wanted to give this restaurant 5 stars. I am in town for a month and absolutely love sushi and hibachi. I would have been a regular had the food and service been better. I just left very disappointed. My sushi was ok. I was starving! I had to remove the cucumber from my roll due to it tasting old and slimmy. But with it removed tasted good.
