My husband I paid for our daughter’s Sweet 16 in full in March 2020, which was to be held at the end of that month. Due to Covid, we had to reschedule and ultimately cancel the party. Owners Ellen Barry agreed to refund us the money we paid, minus the initial deposit. They did pay some of what we are owed, but not all.
