Having eaten here several times (there is a small sit down area) I was appalled to witness two of the women making the sushi not using gloves. This was exacerbated as one sneezed wiping her nose with her bare hands before returning to assembly. The second woman was using her mobile phone alternating between that and assembly. All credit to the male who was following correct practices but I will never eat there again... View all feedback.
