Chef Kwan's - Chester Street, Menlo Park

What Silver Dime doesn't like about Chef Kwan's:
The man who takes food orders six days a week at this restaurant refuses to serve me. Despite asking multiple times, he simply says he doesn't know and can't help me. The other Asian employees and owners will take my order, but allow him to discriminate when he is the only one taking orders.
