Chibougamau is a northern Quebec industrial town with some rough edges and you won't find anything approximating to fine dining there. Chez Raymonde is basically a cafeteria: for $20 Canadian you get a three course meal, which in our case was a forgettable pea soup, overcooked souvlaki with good French fries and a tasteless apple pie.
