I went in with my family and had to get up and leave because no one took my order. I had sat down and it took the woman around 5 minutes to bring me the menu. Then she took approximately 8 minutes to ask if we were ready. Once I started telling her what I wanted to eat, she left and gave me a pen. I guess customers have to check the menu items one wants.
