I have always loved Japanese Blossoms since I moved to Chico and tried it. Hands down the best Sushi place in town. I know for a fact they utilize the freshest fish and crab as I spoke to the owner about their sourcing. Friendly staff and a modern atmosphere add to the experience. Be prepared to spend some money though as sushi isn't and shouldn't be cheap. View all feedback.
