This hole in the wall resturant has the best large cemitas for only 30 pesos. I live in Cholula and have tried almost every place for cemitas and this is by far the best. Esteban is the owner he is friendly, speaks english and has a wonderful family. The cemita is so large I can only eat half. If you visit here please try out this place it is in the heart of Cholula.
