Their dishes are plated beautifully and they try to give a gourmet twist to local classics, and maybe that’s the issue. I ordered the “Cocolón» expecting a fried rice classic, and was instead served white rice, topped with crab meat delicious , rice crackers ? and a yellow turmeric ?? sauce.
