Not very Grand. The roast potatoes were soggy, the food was cold. I wasn't told when booking that we would only have half an hour to eat before it closed. Most of the desserts tasted like they had been either bought in or made from a packet. It was rather disappointing when the Grand Cafe is surpose to be the best buffet in Christchruch.
