Really cute place. While I do love the tea selection, the quality could be better. The service is decent. Stopped in today for my first time ever and place was really nice fast to be seated and helped, ordered our food wich was fast to come out and was really good then waited about 15 min before someone came around and asked if everything was ok and was not even by the waiter who first took our order we then waited about another 20 min before we got our check wich was by another waiter, I put my card on table with check...
