Came here for the first time yesterday. The venue was nice and the service started out great! We ordered our food and drinks and everything was wonderful. After our meal, my son wanted to try a large pretzel, so we ordered that. We waiting 25 minutes without a single soul even acknowledging our exisistence. Take it with a grain of salt because, to be fair, I only gave the German cuisine half a shot (I got the wings but I did try the obatzda appetizer and my wife's pork schnitzel, potatoes, and spaetzle).
