If you want an extremely leisurely lunch, Jane is for you. The hostess definitely needs help. She has to seat patrons, wipe tables, collect payments, answer the phone etc… 15 minutes in line and there was only one couple ahead of us. Another 15 minutes to be seated once we checked in.
