Restricted seating due to covid but did not hamper the quality of their food. Had to dock a star because gave me a cold drink instead of a hot drink it wasnt worth fighting for it as I like both but staff wore masks and they made sure guest and staff safety was first and foremost. I love Panera, but this is the worst I have ever been to. I order the Mediterranean with chicken and the rice was not fully cooked the grain was so hard it tasted like chalk. I was told by the manager that they have a new grain mix and that is way it was like that. Makes no sense why food would taste like that if it’s a new grain.
