I am celiac and was very impressed with the fact that they have two separate kitchens. One for regular baking and one for gluten free baking. When I informed the staff that I was celiac, they went into the back and brought my food in a sealed bag to insure that there was no cross contamination. Having said the food was fantastic!!!
