I was really impressed with the prime rib I had a few months ago so I went back on my way back from Green Bay. The special was blackened whitefish. The last time I had blackened fish this good was 2 years ago in New Orleans. My server was a bit slow but the bartender made up for it with terrific Bombay and tonics.
