I’ve only tried the Zaatar Manouche and it was quite bad. I got a reheated Manouche on a Tuesday morning when I was the only customer in the place. It had a strong aroma of burnt oil and thyme. The dough (ajeen) is not made the authentic Lebanese way. I threw it in the garbage just outside the restaurant after two bites. Wasnt edible.
