Worst ribs I have had in my life. I thought when the knife had trouble going thru them it was because she was hitting bone. Nope it was that tough and dry. Took one bite and threw yours in the trash. 16.95 right in the garbage can out side.. The smoke flavor was pungent because they was not smoked under a light blue haze. It was probably grayish white.
