We visited a riverside restaurant the other night in Cochem (no names, no pack drill) and were disappointed with the whole culinary experience. Grafen proved otherwise. Just off the main 'drag', we wanted something that (I think) represented good wholesome local food. Not only that, but the house wine was an excellent riesling.
