Place looks like a dive but that’s ok. Many dive looking places have the best tasting foods. Unfortunately not this place. At least not when I went. My wife is from DR and I’ve had great tasting empanadas at many places. I tried several kinds at this place but because the oil that they fried tasted “old,” it ruined them. That’s too bad. Btw the mayo/ketchup is a DR thing not Mexican in response to the other reviewer. View all feedback.
