The only thing going for this restaurant is the view, and they don't have to do anything. The menu was minimal, and the food was underwhelming. We needed a lot of salt and pepper to bring it up. They charge as they believe they are a high-end restaurant, but then you sit at a table with bird poo and can't tell if it ever cleaned with no service, and the inside is still like the day it was built.
