I returned to the hotel after 25 years and was extremely disappointed. The floors were disgustingly dirty and there was a strong smell of urine near the bar. The service was lacking in professionalism and the management was rude and insulting. They even kicked out a guest who was with their family and called the police on another guest for wanting to finish their drink. It was a terrible experience overall. View all feedback.
