I have been a customer for the last year at Motta's. I went to the bakery the Saturday before Easter and it was very busy. there was a line and I found the end of the line. I waited in line for 15 minutes not realizing one was supposed to take a number like at the deli. The woman behind me jumped in front of me when her number was called.
