Thanks a lot, guys. You really nailed it today. My girlfriend got me a tour and tasting for Christmas. You even sent her a confirmation that it was today from 4-5 pm. When we arrived at 3:55 pm, the doors were locked and nobody would answer the phone. She is embarrassed and disappointed. That was very unprofessional of you, to say the least.
