We have been to this location in the past and enjoyed the beer, food and service. We were excited to return for the Oktoberfest event. The beer was good, but the service was terrible. We had tickets for the beer and pretzel pairing. The pretzels weren't heated up and were ice cold. It certainly wasn't worth the $20 per ticket we paid. The staff couldn't care less.
