this is not an evaluation, just one information: I am the half of the Austrian Bavarian half and live 10 minutes away from Bavarians. I saw this cockle/black haxe recipe in the television and I had a good laugh. it may taste good, but they should know that curry and coke and some other things have nothing to do with authentic German cuisine. but, as I said, it's probably unbeautiful anyway, so they enjoy their meal. Our first time trying..We made reservations 4 days ago and they did not have our name taken down when we arrived. No worries as they were able to seat us right away at 5:30pm.
