I have lived and worked in concord for a year and I have never tried jason’s deli. I decided today because the drivethru was not busy that I would try it. Very disappointed. Salad bar was a mess. Had to chase down someone for mayonnaise and they only had one packet. No napkins. No follow up from server, yet they requested a tip.when the order was placed. That's not how it's supposed to work. I always loved Jason's, but this was a huge disappointment.
