What a great rack of ribs. They do their ribs 'dry ' and they were just falling off the bone. Very carefully cooked, not overdone. I thought they did a great job in the smokehouse. They make their own unique sauces to put on them too. All of the sides had good character. Friendly folks working there. Great spot for take-away BBQ.
