We were so disappointed in the Valentine's Dinner. The preset menu food was average, cold and clearly pre-prepared. The goal of quickly serving guests and getting ppl out was obvious. The automatic of 20% added for all dinners that night, including our dinner for 2 must've been the strategy for paying the extra servers who moved ppl in and out. Not an enjoyable evening.
